OUR WELLNESS PHILOSOPHY

DWS recognizes eight dimensions of wellness that, when functioning optimally, form the steadfast foundation for a holistic, radiant state of existence. This is about more than simply living – this is about thriving. We don’t offer quick fixes or “well-washing.” Instead, we work 1-on-1 and in small groups to provide services, products, events, and resources that support meaningful change and lasting impacts.

  • Physical Wellness: Nourishing a healthy body through exercise, nutrition, sleep, and more
  • Financial Wellness: Being able to meet current financial obligations while feeling secure about the future and having the freedom to make choices that allow you to enjoy life (money saved, money to spend)
